SolarVision is a solar Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) provider who makes solar energy solutions for schools, commercial & industrial sites, and municipalities possible. This is because the PV systems are owned by SolarVision, so the facilities they
serve do not have to shoulder the burden of significant upfront
equipment costs.
In 2002, SolarVision founder, Greg Kuss, installed
a 1.6kW solar array on the side of his building. This system produces
approximately 1810 kWH of electricity per year and generates close to 2 Solar Renewable Energy Credits (SREC) each year.
Come see this array and learn about the projects SolarVision has been working on this year, including a 68kW system at Evening Street Elementary in Worthington, OH and a 128 kW PV system at the High School and a 67 kW PV system at the West Elementary School in Newcomerstown, OH.
Refreshments will also be served so stop by on Saturday, October 2nd between 10am and 1pm.
